Supporting Detail Are Not Saved in Planning Forms (Doc ID 1369406.1)

Symptoms

Supporting details do not get saved and do not reflect the correct value in the form.

The issue can be reproduced as follows:
1. Enter the values into the Supporting Detail window.

2. Save the data. The cell colour changes to indicate there is supporting detail but the value in the cells does not match what was entered into the supporting detail.

The issue is intermittent.

 Due to this issue, users cannot save data.
