Symptoms

The error “HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized” is thrown while installing DRM 11.1.2.1.00.

When opening the DRM web client the following error message is displayed:

You do not have permission to view this directory or page because of the access control list (ACL) configuration or encryption settings for this resource on the web server.
