Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

You have implemented OBIA 7.9.6.1 for EBS R12.1.1 and are facing data issues in project module's time sheet data. Incremental ETL does not bring all the timesheet data from EBS.

The current incremental logic based on REQUEST_ID could result in some data getting filtered from the ETL extract which loads the Project Cost and Project Revenue line facts. You are requested to check the counts in the source as well as in the data warehouse (DW) to first verify if it is an issue and to apply the following fix if an issue is found.

Source SQL for verification:
a.select count(*) from PA_COST_DISTRIBUTION_LINES_ALL;
b.select count(*) from (select EVENT_NUM from PA_CUST_EVENT_RDL_ALL UNION ALL
select EXPENDITURE_ITEM_ID from PA_CUST_REV_DIST_LINES_ALL);

DW SQL for verification:
a.select count(*) from W_PROJ_COST_LINE_F;
b.select count(*) from W_PROJ_REVENUE_LINE_F;

Note:
In your EBS you have scheduled a concurrent request to be run on future dates for loading or updating the data in PA_COST_DISTRIBUTION_LINES_ALL table.
