Symptoms

When attempting to install SmartView 11.1.1.3.500 on Windows 7 SP1, the following error occurs.

The wizard was interrupted before Oracle Hyperion Smartview for Office, Fusion edition could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time please run setup again.

You are running the installation through a remote installation system such as SMS, or are running it while logged in as a standard user by right-clicking the installer and pointing to Run As Administrator.
