Enterprise Performance Management Workspace Non-Accessible On IIS After Upgrade To 11.1.1.4 (Doc ID 1381397.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading an installation on IIS / Weblogic to 11.1.1.4 from 11.1.1.3, workspace becomes inaccessible on port 80. Browsing to the application server on port 45000 works ok.

The error message recieved is a 404 error message, however some of the static pages / images can still be browsed directly.
