Enterprise Performance Management Workspace Non-Accessible On IIS After Upgrade To 18.104.22.168

After upgrading an installation on IIS / Weblogic to 126.96.36.199 from 188.8.131.52, workspace becomes inaccessible on port 80. Browsing to the application server on port 45000 works ok.
The error message recieved is a 404 error message, however some of the static pages / images can still be browsed directly.
