OBIEE 11g & 12c: How To Increase the Number of Rows Displayed in a Report in an Agent (Doc ID 1381801.1)

Goal

When you use an Agent to send a report via e-mail or dashboard alert, only 75 rows of the report are available to download.  How can you increase the number of rows in the report?

If rowlimit for agents is not sufficient , user might face below error:

Scenario: Report export is working fine without issue and exporting all records (say 549). The same report send by an Agent in any format returns file with only 171 lines followed by the error message :

"View Display Error Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. Error Codes: ACIOA5LN"
