Symptoms

When you have 0 decimal places set, any value between -0.4999 and less than 0 is round to -0 in Answers and Dashboard. But -0 is meaningless and it should show 0.

Specifying a data type and decimal behavior on a column should actually control the data type and decimal behavior for a column.
