When you try to log into OBIEE Answers using the Administrator user, the following error is encountered:
Unable to Sign In.
An error occurred during authentication. Try again later or contact your system administrator.
The web catalog from the development instance was copied to the test instance while the development instance OBIEE services were up and running.
