'Column Properties' of the measure and you change it as below:

- When you run the request (Results tab), you still can see cells displayed as blank (null) when they should be displayed as zero (0).
- Testing in OBIEE 10g (10.1.3.4.2, for instance), the null values are properly replaced by zeroes.
