OBIEE 11g: Error: "terminate called after throwing an instance of 'AssertError' ORA-24550: signal received", Core Dumps and Frequent Re-starts of BI Server (Doc ID 1385631.1)

Symptoms

The BI Server keeps restarting frequently itself, core dump files were generated in the directory :
/opt/oracle/weblogic/instances/instance1:
