OBIEE 11g: Act As stopped working after enabling SSO

Act As was setup and working fine in 126.96.36.199.
You are using external LDAP.
Once SSO was enabled Act AS stopped working.
There is a error during RUNAS authentication in the sawlog logs:
The GUID for user ADMINISTRATOR has changed. This could result in catalog access issues - Please update GUIDs and try again
