DAC Server Crashing when using OCI8 connection type (Doc ID 1390352.1)

Goal


when ETL load is triggered, DAC server immediately crashes

 MESSAGE:::Cannot run program "/dtssa3/oraclebi/product/OracleBI/DAC/bifoundation/dac/scripts/pre_etl.bat": java.io.IOException: error=13, Permission denied

ANOMALY INFO::: Error while executing /dtssa3/oraclebi/product/OracleBI/DAC/bifoundation/dac/scripts/pre_etl.bat
MESSAGE:::Cannot run program "/dtssa3/oraclebi/product/OracleBI/DAC/bifoundation/dac/scripts/pre_etl.bat": java.io.IOException: error=13, Permission denied
