Temp Folder for BI+ Grows Extremely Quickly with Excel Tmp Files Filling the Disk Space (Doc ID 1390429.1)

Symptoms

When the RaFrameworkAgent starts, the disk starts filling up with Excel files under %MIDDLEWARE_HOME%\user_projects\DOMAIN_NAME\tmp.

It grows extremely quickly filling the disk space making it impossible to start Foundation Services.
The Excel temp files appear as:
LDB_TMP_FILE_*.tmp
