Hyperion Workspace Error "IE cannot display the webpage" (Doc ID 1390481.1)

Symptoms

The Hyperion Workspace is deployed using Microsoft IIS WebServer.
  • Accessing the workspace URL returns the message: "IE cannot display the webpage."
  • From the IIS webserver console, when right clicking on the Workspace component and selecting browser, shows the message: "IE cannot display the webpage."
  • Login to Hyperion Shared Services (HSS) console and expanding the Projects for BIPLUS returns the error: "Registered application is not active at the moment. Please contact your administrator."
