OBIEE 11g: Accessing Dashboard Via SSL, HTTPS Request Returns as HTTP (Doc ID 1391836.1)

Symptoms

You have configured two-way SSL between OBIEE and OHS. When you use the following URL:

https://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/analytics/

to log into OBIEE, it is redirected to

http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome&startPage=1
and a blank page is returned. But if you use this URL:

https://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome&startPage=1
the dashboard is shown successfully.
