Cannot Log into any EPM Products Registered with Shared Services after Changing Password in MSAD (Doc ID 1392996.1)

Symptoms


After changing the password for the service account in the MSAD active directory and configuring the same password in the Shared Services Console, you can no longer log into any products which are registered with Shared Services.

Changes

The Active Directory password has been changed and Shared Service has been configured to use the new password.
