Symptoms

When choosing Workflow > Import within an FDM application on the web, the end user is taken to the import page. The user then clicks on the "Select File from Inbox" tab and clicks the "Select File" button. At this point, either:

A. FDM web completely hangs and the window never opens. Other FDM modules also can no longer be accessed until IIS is reset.

OR

B. The inbox opens with error "path not found", but only displays part of the folder structure. It stops at the first instance of a location containing the application name in its name.

For example, if the application name is "FDM", and contains the following locations:
- Sample
- TestFDM
- XYZ
the folders "Sample" and "TestFDM" are displayed, but not "XYZ".

When clicking on the "FDMTest" folder individually, the same "Path not found" error occurs.
