Symptoms
The Reporting and Analysis Framework Agent service starts successfully but never reaches a status of 'Running', so the service is not starting correctly.
The HyS9RaFramework-sysout.log shows the following error:
"<Error> <Deployer> <BEA-149205> <Failed to initialize the application 'raframework_datasource' due to error weblogic.application.ModuleException: .
weblogic.application.ModuleException:
at weblogic.jdbc.module.JDBCModule.prepare(JDBCModule.java:302)
at weblogic.application.internal.flow.ModuleListenerInvoker.prepare(ModuleListenerInvoker.java:199)"
