Financial Management Data Entered in Web Data Entry Forms is Stored with Incorrect Scaling. (Doc ID 1421094.1)

Symptoms

Financial Management (HFM) data entered in Web Data Entry Form (WDEF) that contains at least 2 digits other than 0, the data is not stored as entered, but instead is scaled and stored incorrectly. The same data entered using a data grid in HFM Windows Desktop Client is stored correctly as entered.

Example:
Enter value of 18 in a cell in WDEF. On submitting the data will be saved as 1.
Enter value of 18,000,000. On submitting the data will be saved as 1.

This issue may occur randomly only in selected WDEFs or for selected dimension memebrs.
