Financial Reporting (FR) Database Connections Disappear Randomly In Workspace When EPM Is On Windows And Uses High Availability (Doc ID 1425664.1)

Symptoms

While viewing the Database Connection Manager panel in Workspace (under Explore > Tools), the list of Financial Reporting database connections will sometimes disappear, and new system-created connections which point to another environment might display instead.

This issue ONLY happens in environments where:

A) There is a high availability installation with a replicated Repository service that accesses repository files across a network (i.e. \\<server_host>\RM1), AND
B) The EPM system is hosted on servers running Windows.
