OBIEE 11g: Error: "You are not currently signed in to the Oracle BI Server" when you log into OBIEE from Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.1 (Doc ID 1428814.1)

Symptoms

You have integrated OBIEE 11.1.1.5.0 with E-Business Suite R12.1.1.
You log in to EBS Applications and navigate to Responsibility -> selects EBS responsibilityr->OBIEE Dashboard.

However, the following error displays on OBIEE log in page:

You are not currently signed in to the Oracle BI Server.
If you have already signed in, your connection might have timed out, or a communications or server error may have occurred….
