OBIEE 11g: Error: "Unable to Sign In An invalid User Name or Password was entered." One Microsoft Active Directory LDAP User does not Authenticate

You are using OBIEE 11g with MS Active Directory LDAP for authentication. All users, but one work without issue. For one user, when trying to log into OBIEE, you receive the following error:
Unable to Sign In
An invalid User Name or Password was entered.
All the users are visible in the Weblogic Server Console and have all OBIEE roles assigned.
You have tried rRegenerating the GUID for the user in question, but the issue remains. This user is set up the same as the other users, yet is the only one unable to log into OBIEE.
