Mass Allocate Does Not Work in Planning Forms (Doc ID 1435784.1)

When attempting to Mass Allocate on a data form in order enable users to allocate data to multiple dimensions and entering data on non-level 0 dimension member combinations (Accounts & Entities), Mass Allocate does not work.

In the application's log file it attempts to allocate to dimension members that do not exist in the plan type on which the form is created, but exists in other plan types within the same application. Therefore, the essbase calculation fails.
