Symptoms

After the server were rebooted, none of the EPM product roles were available during provisioning in shared services.

Also users though they can login to the planning applications, they cannot open webforms and are unable to access Essbase.

None of the other components work (FR, BI etc..)

So the issue here is that the provisioning is not available.
