Symptoms

Using Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) as a the Web Server, on login to Enterprise Performance Suite (EPM) Workspace, the icons are showing as Red Cross symbols. This is both within the Workspace Home Page and the Explore menu.

NOTE:

All the workspace functionality is working except the above mentioned icons missing.
The folder icons and the repository object icons (like reports, folders etc) are fine.
