Symptoms

This problem is observed when the user exports a Financial Reporting report from Workspace to Excel. A "Windows Security" login window appears, prompting for a server login/password. Regardless of the ID and Password entered, the Security Window returns.

The Save file option (instead of the Open option) does allow the file to be downloaded and then opened.
