When trying to export supporting details from Shared Services using LCM receive error:

Error "EPMLCM-30054: Failed to connect "http://<servername>:19000/HyperionPlanning/servlet/HspLCMServlet" while performing export for application - "<App_name>". Received status code - "500"
with error message - "Internal Server Error". Possible cause of error Server Down or Not reachable."
