When exporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Workspace Repository Objects via Life Cycle Management (LCM) - be either Shared Services or LCM Utility, the ownership information is lost for artifacts where the owner is not a user from the Native Directory.
On those artifacts the export sets the user that executes the export as the owner of those artifacts. However, it does not matter if the user that executes the export is a native user or a user from an external directory, in both cases this user will be the new owner of all artifacts where the original owner was a user from an external directory.
So, when exporting Workspace contents and importing back (or importing in another environment, e.g. from Dev to Prod) all content loses its ownership.
