Due to the significant changes made between version 11.1.2 and 11.1.2.1, this solution will not work for 11.1.2 or earlier. If you encounter the same issue with 11.1.2 or earlier, you would need to review KM doc id 1308926.1.

Symptoms

Smart View is not able to connect to Hyperion Planning through Shared Connection when using Oracle Single Sign On (OSSO)

If the "/workspace/SmartViewProviders" location match doesn't exist or is incorrect, this error is encountered.
