Clicking on Text Cell in Planning Form Turns Cell Yellow Even When no Changes Have Been Made

(Doc ID 1460951.1)

Last updated on JULY 28, 2016

Applies to:

Hyperion Planning - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Clicking on a text cell in a form in Hyperion Planning marks the cell as dirty (the colour changes to yellow) even though no changes have been made to the text.  If the form is not saved the following warning message is displayed when attempting to leave the form:

'Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?
All unsaved changes will be lost. '

The issue is seen in cells that contain a large amount of multi-line text.  In cells with a smaller amount of text, the lines become concatenated when you click in the cell.
