Purpose

 This document is intended to guide the reader on how to enable various modes of tracing and debugging for the OBIEE 11g Presentation Server.  The modes described may be performed either via a graphical user interface (gui) such as Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Controle or configured manually, in the event that Enterprise Manager is not accessible. These methods can be particularly useful when attempting to troubleshoot the Presentation Server (especially when the Presentation Server will not start).
