Symptoms

On an EPM 11.1.2.2 compact install, both the AIF and FMWebServices are showing a 'warning' in the Server status(s). In the Weblogic console(WLS Console), the following messages are shown:

AIF(11.1.2.0) with Warning Message
Detailed message:
RUleservice_AsynRequestProcessorMDB(Oracle.j2ee.ws.servber.async.DefaultRequestQueue)
Health - Warning
Reason - MDB application AIF is NOT connected to messaging system.

FMWEBSERVICES(11.1.2.0) with Warning Message
Detailed message:
RUleservice_AsynRequestProcessorMDB(Oracle.j2ee.ws.servber.async.DefaultRequestQueue)
Health - Warning
Reason - MDB application AIF is NOT connected to messaging system.

The following warnings are seen in the SOA Diagnostic log:
