How to Prevent Discoverer 11g Diagnostic Logs from Being Created (Doc ID 1467649.1)

Goal

How to prevent the creation of Discoverer diagnostic log files.  These logs are normally created in
$ORACLE_INSTANCE/diagnostics/logs/Discoverer/$DISCO_COMP_NAME. Namely diagnostic-yyyymmddhhssnnnnnn.log

Example file name: diagnostic_2012052312014325134.log
