Symptoms

When trying to export from FDM to HFM, get this error message with enable drillable region and enable SSO turned on:

<span >Explain what caused the issue.

Currently the "File Encoding" system option in the tctrloption database table is set to 0 - ASCII. The issue is that the drill region action is failing for lines where there is a language with unicode or double-byte characters and since this option is set to ASCII the process fails.

By default any 11.1.2.2.0 application would have this value set to 1 - Unicode, however this was an application migrated from a eariler release where this system setting was set to 0 - ASCII and was not updated in the Schema Update process.
