Running Source System Initialization Fails but Process ID and Extract ID Are Returned in the ERPI Web Interface (Doc ID 1473634.1)

This only applies to versions of ERPI that use ODI 11g i.e. and above.


1. When running a source system set up, a process ID and extract ID are returned.

2. The following error is seen in the console where the ODI Agent is running (i.e. when the agent has been started with the agent.bat / script) when the source system initialization is run where WORKREP is the name of your ODI work repository:

COMM_SETUP_SOURCE_SYSTEM does not exist in work repository WORKREP

3. When checking in ODI, the COMM_SETUP_SOURCE_SYSTEM has been imported into ODI.
