How to disable connection to /analytics (OBI) and /xmlpserver (BIP) when user not in AD group?
You set up an OBIEE 11g with also BIP from OBIEE Enterprise setup.
You configured AD security on OBIEE 11g as explained in following documentation:
- <Note 1273961.1> - OBIEE 11g: How To Setup ADSI LDAP Security Provider
You have setup an AD group for Admin Role, 1 for Author Role and 1 for Consumer Role.
You put our AD users, that should be able to access to /xmlpserver or /analytics, in one of these AD groups.
It works well for these users but the problem is that all AD login present in your AD can connect to OBIEE regardless if they are member of one of the AD groups or not.
How can you reject connection to /analytcs or /xmlpserver for AD login not present in AD group defined in OBIEE security?
