Symptoms

Siebel Marketing 8.1.1.6 [21233] QF0603 has been integrated with Oracle Busines Intelligence 11.1.1.5 for Campaign Management.

When attempting to access a Segment in Siebel the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Operation 'SAWSessionServiceSOAP' of Web Service 'com.siebel.analytics.web/soap/v1.SAWSessionService' at port 'SAWSessionServiceSoap' failed with the following explanation: "Authentication error. An invalid User Name or Password was entered..(SBL-EAI-04308)"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Siebel 8.1.1.6 QF0603 along with OBI 11.1.1.5 as per "11g OBIEE Certification with Siebel Marketing for Campaign Management" (<Note 1400715.1>)
2. Try to associate a Segment via Campaigns > Campaign List > Design > Segments/Lists
3. Click 'Add Segment' button
4. Choose a Segment
