Symptoms

You have upgraded from OBIEE 10g to OBIEE 11g.  You have migrated the web catalog to OBIEE 11g, and then merged it with another OBIEE 11g web catalog.  But now, all the user directories are sub-directories.

For example, the user directory jlb07 is now a sub-directory of jlb: jlb/jl07. Any reports create in OBIEE 10g are no longer accessible, but the users can create new reports.  If the report xml files are copied to the new directories, then the users can run them.
