OBIEE 11g: Error: "OBIEE Content Cannot Be Displayed In The IFrame" when Accessing Answers from Siebel CRM

You have OBIEE 11g integrated with Siebel CRM, by following the steps in <note 1400715.1> - 11g OBIEE Certification with Siebel Marketing for Campaign Management. After setting up the NQHost parameter in Administration-Integration, you get the following error message when accessing Answers from within Siebel:
OBIEE content can not be displayed in the IFrame.
