Enterprise Performance Management: Weblogic "FoundationServices" Admin Server Starting In Admin Mode (Doc ID 1481843.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Workspace on ports 28080 and 19000 the following error is returned:

"404 Page Not Found"

NOTE:  Login to Shared Services on port 28080 is successful.

In the WebLogic console, the "FoundationServices0" server is starting in Admin mode

The error seen in the "HyS9FoundationServices-sysout.log" file is:

Directory: C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\logs\services\
