OBIEE 11g: You are Prompted to Log In Again when Using OBIEE Integrated with Siebel

You are using OBIEE 11g integrated with Siebel. Sometimes, when attempting to call directly a dashboard/report, you are not logged in to OBIEE. Also sometimes when navigating to a Siebel view with an Applet displaying an OBIEE dashboard, the OBIEE log in screen appears. But with a simple refresh of the page, the dashboard appears correctly.
