You have upgraded from OBIEE 18.104.22.168.0 to OBIEE 22.214.171.124. There was a feature in OBIEE 126.96.36.199 when creating agents (Scheduling) that enabled adding a new email address on the destinations of the scheduled results, it is not available in OBIEE 188.8.131.52. In the section Agent editor: Recipients tab of the Oracle Fusion Middleware User's Guide for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g Release 1 (11.1.1) Part Number E10544-04, it describes this functionality.
