You have upgraded from OBIEE to OBIEE There was a feature in OBIEE when creating agents (Scheduling) that enabled adding a new email address on the destinations of the scheduled results, it is not available in OBIEE  In the section Agent editor: Recipients tab of the Oracle Fusion Middleware User's Guide for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g Release 1 (11.1.1) Part Number E10544-04, it describes this functionality.
