In your current set up, the M_C_CONTACT table where the cache for segments is written is growing exponentially.
The auto cache purge process does not seem to work.
This affects the performance of the segments.
Additionally, the insert process is causing blocking locks.
You have reviewed and test the following notes:
- <Note 483706.1> - Marketing Segmentation Cache Purge Not Working
- <Note 749656.1> - Marketing Cache entries are not deleted
- <Note 967519.1> - Marketing Cache Data is not being deleted
But none of these notes helped resolve this issue.
