Symptoms
It is not possible to open any Essbase application database outline in edit mode. The following error message is displayed:
There is a problem with locking the outline object, error # 1,051,675
User is able to open the outline in View mode. If same user tries to create a new application following error occurs:
Error:1,051,675, user <username@UserDirectory> already exist in the security file. If this user/group is deleted from HSS, drop user/group from Essbase by using Maxl statement Drop user/group from security_file.
