DAC Building Hanging When "generate Dependencies" Is Ticked (Doc ID 1491869.1)

Symptoms

Each time I try to build an Execution Plan in the DAC and have the 'generate dependencies' checked the Build runs endlessly and I finally have to kill the DAC process then stop / restart the DAC service.
