Symptoms

When you try to re-start OBIEE, Weblogic Admin Server will not start. If you look in the log file:

 /oracle/OBIEE_11/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log

you see the following error:

Caused By: oracle.security.jps.service.igf.IGFException: JPS-02592: Failed to push ldap config data to libOvd for IGFService "idstore.ldap" in JPS context "default", cause: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: <Line 1, Column 1>: XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected.

 

Changes

 A large temporary file had been deleted.
