Catalog upgrade from 10g to 11G fails with error:
In ua log you can see:
"[Framework] [ERROR]  [upgrade.Framework] [tid: 14] [ecid: 0000JfMRzmoFg405zzH7iW1GaJBS000005,0] UPGCMP-2718: The catalog upgrade did NOT complete successfully. Please refer to earlier in this upgrade log file or the OBIPS log files found under /oracle/shared/admin/instances/BIEE1/diagnostics/logs/OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent/coreapplication_obips1 for more information."
In saw log you can see:
