FDM Web application does Not Work on Windows Server 2008/2008 R2 When the Service Account Logs Off (Doc ID 1504757.1)

Symptoms

FDM Web application does not work on Windows Server 2008 / 2008 R2  when the identity user logs off until the server is restarted.

When a user tries to access the FDM Web, the below error message will be shown:
