Symptoms

When trying to run a Financial Reporting (FR) report connecting to Essbase from FR Studio or when trying to create an Essbase database connection from Workspace the following error occurs:

Failed to connect to Server.
Details: Error connecting to database connection xxxxxxx: Error:Error getting CSS support information for driver[com.hyperion.ap.aps.Driver]

This issue occurs when Financial Reporting Product is installed on a 64 bit Operating System.
