Symptoms

You have installed OBIEE 11g.
When you re-start the OBI coreapplication (all OBIEE processes) in Enterprise Manager, all the services start normally.
But when you try to log in to OBIEE, the log in page takes nearly and hour to display.
During that time the sawserver process runs high on CPU (99%) and continues to consume more and more memory.
